Delete your ProfConq account and data

ProfConq is a language-learning app that lets you study from YouTube videos and books. If you want to delete your account and the data associated with it, follow the steps below.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in at profconq.com/app and open Profile.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm by typing your email address.
3. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject DELETE ACCOUNT.

Deleting from your profile happens immediately. An email request is processed within 30 days, and we confirm by email once the account and its data are gone.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (email, username, profile)
• Your learning progress, vocabulary lists, and saved content
• Any synced data stored on our servers

What may be retained

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be used to identify you
• Records required by law (e.g. transaction records) for the legally required period

Local-only data

You can clear local data on your device at any time by:

• Clearing the app's storage in your Android settings, or
• Uninstalling the ProfConq app
